"I've worked for the Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans and Countrywide Bank since 2006 and absolutely loved it. My career was exciting and I found many long term friends through B of A. I learned much as an EA working in several departments and really enjoyed my time with the bank. Their training courses, modules, on the job training and management are stellar. My overall experience was excellent and I'd love to work for them again if given the opportunity."

"Very fast paced and customer service driven. You have to be comfortable on the phone engaging with clients. You also must me comfortable under pressure. You will get difficult calls and customers but BOA strives to have a healthy environment. Their benefits are wonderful and if you’re internal then you have the ability to thrive. You get out of this position what you put into it. They reward the staff on a weekly basis with treats and monthly with incentives."
