"I've worked for the Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans and Countrywide Bank since 2006 and absolutely loved it. My career was exciting and I found many long term friends through B of A. I learned much as an EA working in several departments and really enjoyed my time with the bank. Their training courses, modules, on the job training and management are stellar. My overall experience was excellent and I'd love to work for them again if given the opportunity."

"Bank of America has had many changes both good and bad since I have been employed. When I started in 2009 in now realize how many risks were over looked because of all the new things put in place to minimize risk these days. I believe the company is headed in the right direction for its customers but the recognition is poor for their employees."
