What do you like about working at Bank of America?

"Personally, it's not the company, it's my peers. I have a wonderful team and boss. We work together to reach our goal. My team lifts my spirits every day I am at work and that's what I like. My boss is awesome. He goes over and beyond to make sure his team reaches any expected goals and deadlines."

"Yes, be honest, stay focused, sell your talent, and get a detailed description of the company's background . Always know who you are working for."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"I don't have anything bad to say about Bank Of America. Of course, every company has its down fall and I believe I have reached that point."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is very important to me. I like management who will go over and beyond for their team. Assist me in correcting any mistakes I make and showing me the way to not repeat the same mistake. Acknowledging my achievements. Keeping me updated about my performance and attendance. Informing me about any changes that may or may not affect my job and performance. Working with an awesome management team is what makes a perfect company."

"Not there anymore. but since they merged with another bank in the east things changed in a bad way."

"The department I work in is poorly managed, but I believe it's a temporary band-aid to a problem they had and it just wasn't thought through."

"The department needs to be trained, communication between the working departments needs great improvement so the customers are not impacted, I don't think people understand the impact they are making on lives."
