"I worked for Bank of America for a total of nine years. Bank of America values their employees and allows them to learn new skills in order to further their careers. They offer great health benefits and a variety of other programs such as discounts to major retailers and tuition reimbursement. The culture is set up for tellers to sell products to current customers as well as to non-customers. To be successful in a teller role or personal banker role one must be a strong sales person."
