"I've worked for Bank of America since 2012. My first year I worked in services with ATM/Debit cards. During this time I worked on many Taskforces: IFP and Mass Comp. In 2013 while working on the IFP Taskforce my teammates encouraged and help me create the IFP Call Flow. Then I worked detection task force for Mass comp. Reviewing accounts for potential fraudulent activity and reviewing testpoints. Currently in 2014, I work in Preferred Detection. Analyzing and investigate risk, reviewing testpoints, researching account activity, transaction patterns, and contacting customers whose information could have been potentially compromised."

"I feel like I have job stability. I enjoy the analysis and judgmental environment."

"Do the research before you move into a position because you will need to remain there for one year (and must be performing at an above average level) before you are eligible (and competitive) to move to another role."

"Being in a call center environment, you are measured to every single minute of every single day. The phone is literally attached to your head and you are confined to your cubicle and pushed to be efficient and productive."

What type of personality does the interviewer feel would be best suited to join the team? What personality would compliment the manager and what is the manager's strengths? How important is growth and development to the interviewer?"

"If you are not here to kiss your bosses ass, you may as well give up on the great growth opportunities. It is not necessarily whether you are ready and have the talent to take advantage of growth opportunity but rather about luck of landing a great team and give in to the politics."

"Place more focus on the growth and development of talent. Assess the current Retail Channel Banking Center managers staff and determine whether they are there to really foster the environment the company is trying to convey or are they there to self serve themselves."

"The call center is almost 90 percent African American but yet the majority of the managers are white. They are not looking to promote black people. Also they tell you when you have to work. If they need overtime from employees they don't give you a choice. People have families."

"If you manage a team that does one thing, you should know how to do it as well."

"Please, interact more intimately w/ associates. The aloof, distant and hands-off approach breeds low employee morale. They REALLY do not want to know what is said behind closed cubicles (lol). But what management team does, I ask you. (smile!)"
