"A day at the office was: come in, sit down, and do as you are told, no questions asked. Management would ask for suggestion to improve department protocol, procedures, etc.; however, suggestions were rarely acknowledged and/or discussed."

"Show equal appreciation to all levels of business ladder. All levels of employment are contributing to the company's financial success."

"talk with each other before we are required to do anything so that 1 manager or supervisor is not telling us one thing and the other supervisor is telling us something else. They are both on the same page."
