"To try and meet the group you're going to work with and any others involved prior to hire."

"There was too much 'fat' at the corp. level. Many people would take many days off, long lunches, or just not come to work. They spent Fridays thinking of how to spend money on buying arenas, etc. (vs. giving back to the consumer)."

"Trim a lot of fat at the corp. level, they still need to downsize."

"Reduce number of senior management roles, as staff reductions begin the number of senior managers is actually increasing."
