"I have worked for Xerox for 27 years. Xerox has been a great company to work for. Xerox has given me the opportunity to expand my talents in ways that I never thought that I could. Over the years I have learned about customers and dealing with difficult situations, while developing a great relationship. "I've been working, doing my internship for Xerox on the IT department in the city hall of Riverside. It has been a good experience and I have learned a lot of new things. "Too late to save the company. It has lost technology leadership and is being led by wrong people."

"Dress and be professional during the interview process and be patientwith the process. It is slow."

"Corporate is not able to make quick decisions when needed to accomplish necessare goal."

"Have yourself available to requests from employee for the betterment of the company goals."

"Yes have patience for the students who call in angry."

"No raises were given and I worked there for a whole year."

"More raises to employees because we do work hard to try and keep these students in school."

"Xerox is a very fair and supporttive company to work for. I've enjoyed working here for the past 22 years."

"I think there will be some good opportunity at ACS and in the Sales division."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Nothing really, its just that our market is effected by changing technology and the future is becoming smaller and smaller printing products and solutions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing that I can think of. They are headed in a right direction by the purchasing ACS(IT Outsource Company). I believe this move will make Xerox/ ACS have a future."

"Xerox was a great place to have many different job types but remain with the same company. I value my experiences there for learning both line jobs, research & development jobs and staff jobs. The people I worked with are all very smart and I learned many things from them. The Palo Alto Research team was very inspiring and took the time to help me learn new technology and applications for it through out the time I worked with them."
