"The stores management team as whole was not very friendly and the atmospere of the store was very seldom and gloomy. No one seemed happy to be an employee there except for a few people. The management team became very stern to the point that it was more of a burden to go to work than it was a pleasure, which eventually affected my motivation to remain working there."

"Management should be more down-to-earth and personable. Employees would be more enthusiastic about working and following the rules if they did not feel like they were in prison with guards observing them all day."
