"This job is not for everyone. Working at walmart was a lot like being in high school. They seem to be trying to make some changes to reduce the chances of this happening. The only good thing about walmart is when you get a Assist manager that is friendly. That doesn't always last because the move the managers around every couple of months."

What do you like about working at Walmart?

"It was a temporary (seasonal) position I took for only 45 days - but I wound up staying there about 6 months."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Good for an entry-level person starting a new job. You learn a lot here."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"Nothing bad about this job at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A well organized business and they do a great job. I was happy there."

"Loved working with the public taking care of their needs. As well as the team members assisting them in their growth with the company."

"Be positive, highly motivated, hard worker; and the company will provide the opportunity for you to grow with it."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"Working numerous weekends; night shift to day shift, holidays. Being called in by the Home Office due to a freezer being stuck in defrost mode, triggering alarms to no avail."

"Continue the teaching and training methods that I was introduced to. This philosophy empowers associates to buy into the promotion opportunities that the company extolls."

"meeting new people and the enviorment,it's something diffrent they have great emploee"

"I'm a good worker and I'm up to every challeng you for me I'm always on time and I'm also a good worker"

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"sometimes they don't have good shift leaders and they are unfair to some employee"

"treat everyone fairly and respect everyone with the same respect they give you"

"I couldn't find much I didn't like about working for Wal-Mart. They offered many wonderful benefits to their workers."

"The only suggestions I have, would be to share all you can with new workers. The more they know, the better and more work will be done."

"I didn't like the way wal-mart treated its employees. They would work them very hard and not appreciate any of it."

"Could you start being a little more courteous to the inferiors."
