"Listen to the employees and stop cutting corners which is messing with people's income in order to make yourself more money than you need."

"Listen to your workers and actually implement their ideas. We know what changes need to be done."

"There are good and bad people that either work there or shop there only thing is that the bad people makes life very uneasy, specially managment when 1 they dont know what their doing 2 bureaucracy is the name of the game 3 cronyism sometimes makes a person move foward and 4 the lead security manager is a total hubris and ignorant"

"its imposible not to have something weird happen to you at work"

"organize the workforce hours that way customers are taken care of during predictable busy hours and hevy frates during the night time, set up projects to make the store more efficent have a better screening prosess to hire people make sure there is a system in place where managment is not self surved"

"Solid work, lots to do. A lot of different positions to work from."

"Work hard. If you're not willing to do the job with some gusto, don't bother."

"Everyone has their own agenda. Nobody works as a team. No structure from management. Nobody held accountable for their lack of actions/laziness."

"Hold people more accountable for their actions. Not a lot of structure being enforced."

"I like the sheer amount of people that I come across. I also like the physical nature of the work."

"Offer incentives to associates such as commission on large purchases. Would also more actively scour for up and comers whose skills are not being put to good use."
