"There wasn't a lot of loyalty to the company. It didn't feel like a team, more like an individual sport. A lot of politics were involved."

"Eliminate the drama and pettiness."

"Has to be one of the most inept senior management teams I have ever come across. No strategic vision once so ever coupled with major micromanagement from a team of mediocre (at best) business leaders."

"Set a vision and stick to it! Then empower teams to develop plans to meet vision. Fix broken relationship between Product Development and Marketing - should not be a power contest - should be collaboration."
