"higher management will not give you any clear direction to what focus to work on. if one store is doing great they are not punished for not following company guidelines, pay favors. not what you kno but who you know"

"I had three bosses, my manager, director and VP. Oftentimes I would be given conflicting directions and each believed that their direction was correct."
