"I would hope that the years experience in general outside sales would be a big factor in determining if I am equiped. Learning products I think is secondary. Feature and benefits are just memorizing... knowing how what when where should be included in the sales determination."

"Working with all the distributors, and meeting all the sales people, and their different styles of selling"

"After a while the travel became difficult. Leaving Monday morning, and not getting home until Friday night. That wasn't every week, but the weeks it happened weren't that fun."

"There were not too many positives about working for this company. High stress and low pay."

"If you want to make money and be in a stable/fun place to work save your time and focus your effort elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at Medfusion?
"The management team at Medfusion was focused on one thing and one thing only. Sales. Cost justifications were often presented to potential clients however they were generally far from accurate. Most cases they are manipulated in such a manner to reflect a zero cost to the client however in reality they seldom did so due to low patient utilization. Although the concept is sound, the cost of the monthly subscription is far greater then the benefit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It was evident that employee's were not valued highly at this company especially on the sales team. There was high turn over and over-all moral seemed very low. This was caused mainly by the negative reinforcement and daily threats from the management team as well as the CEO. Definitely a more positive atmosphere would be a welcoming change to the austere environment."

"They were afriad to expand outsid eof the US territory during the early years of 2000. Not a multi-national company management had limited global desires to expand outside of US."
