"Focus on your strengths and do not be afraid of your failures. Your failures make you a better person because you will learn from your shortcomings, and your customers will respect you more because you were honest."

"Management would always interfere. If it is not brok do not fix it"

"Listen to the sales force. They are in the trenches every day. Let's face it without the sales force you do not need anyone else. The sales force drives the company."

"Be sure that you want to get involved, be prepared to figure things out without help from management and get everything in writing."

"Dishonesty and lack of integrity from the leadership group. I had key questions presented to management that were never answered."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While with Alphastaff I heard talk about the need for clear and open communication however that is all it was, talk. I found management to be dishonest and lacking integrity. I had key questions presented to my management that were presented to me by agencies that I was working with to bring in business and nothing was ever answered. I was told on each occasion that it was a great question and that he would get back to me well, I'm still waiting."
