"I would hope that the years experience in general outside sales would be a big factor in determining if I am equiped. Learning products I think is secondary. Feature and benefits are just memorizing... knowing how what when where should be included in the sales determination."

What don't you like about working at Mohawk Industries?

"Not being able to provide a secure enviroment.. or a different position for me to go to."

"None... they know what they are doing"

"Allow territory managers the capability to set pricing and margins."

"Solid products to sell with a good reputation. Not always the cheapest but sold on value ad quality."

"Mohawk was very dynamic with making upper and middle management changes. Put forth an inconsistant message."

"Stick with managers longer to be more consistant."
