"I love solving technical issues, NetApp infrastructures provided a varied and unique environment to meet challenges head on. NetApp strives to provide quality service and has employed a certain "get it working" approach to ensure that their clients were not impacted by outages. NetApp provided training material and opportunities for learning, even to those that were employed indirectly through a company like Convergys."

What do you like about working at Nortel?

"I enjoyed the Customer Service Element of this position, troubleshooting and resolving issues Client and Technicians"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, the hiring Dan Hatch asked all the right questions to determine whether I whether I would be a match for the position."

What don't you like about working at Nortel?

"I would have liked to spend more time consulting with the Client and less time doing researching Technical documentation"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No. Dan Hatch was perfect as a Manager, he was one of the best Managers I have ever had."
