"Yes, make sure you have good secondary benefits and remember that once you are laid off you loose all benefits."

What don't you like about working at Agilent Technologies?

"Hypocratic. CEO is out to win most for himself by cutting off employees and products. HP style. Group managers are too social, if you don't attend the parties you don't exist."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Leave and hire new people who have an eye for the company and growth instead of personal profit."

What do you like about working at iPost?

"interesting, if outdated technology. Bottled coca-cola in the fridge. work from home options. fair benefit package."

"I would avoid this company. It's financial health is questionable and it's infrastructure is hopelessly outdated. When compared directly with their competitors, only very specialized clientele choose iPost, making operations a significant chore."

What don't you like about working at iPost?

"iPost once was an amazing start up but it has outlived its own usefulness as others have taken risks and modernized or expanded while it neglected its own infrastructure.The founding executives are still with the company, which has created a tiered culture split between insulated stakeholders and the 'new hires', some of whom have been with the company for many years.This is not a company for someone interested in growth or a progressive, open culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Founders should move on, stay on the board, but make way for new blood. The internal culture is stagnant and the company suffers."

What do you like about working at Endurance International Group?

"I like the perks that the company throws out for it's employees."

"Be yourself and don't worry. Make sure you know the position and company that you are applying for."

What don't you like about working at Endurance International Group?

"It's a call center, so it get really loud sometimes - it's hard to help customers that way."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Update the systems that employees are using to help customers."

What do you like about working at CERTPOINT Systems?

"Only a few people working there. Most of them left though. Access to kitchen."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Sure. Stay away from it. And if you're desperate make sure you won't have to work with Mary Grace S."

What don't you like about working at CERTPOINT Systems?

"Everything else, especially the management is really bad. It's a family company and they hired a secretary to be the IT manager. Support can't participate in any company events and has 50% less holidays."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new management. Hire less family members of questionable reputation."

"I like how the company allows you to choose the direction you want to take your career and the opportunity to learn while making the atmosphere relaxed and workable"

"Relax. Dont dress up. Know your stuff. Enjoy the interview :)"

"I have to be there at 6am. Other than that its seriously cool"
