"The atmosphere and culture of the work place is one in a million."

"If Media Temple offers a position that you're even slightly interested in, then you should apply. You won't regret it."

"The structure isn't quite in place, however, they're working on that."

"Casual environment, short commute, many opportunities to move into different areas within the company."

"Other areas of the company seem to be fine, but I would not recommend working within the support department. Also, you must stay on top of HR as they are horrible at communications."
What don't you like about working at Ektron?
"The management style is lacking professionalism. Employees are often threatened with their jobs if they do not live up to the non-stated expectations. Training is non-existent."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend more time initially and properly training the employees before throwing them on the phones with customers and letting them sink or swim. Be more professional. Do NOT discuss private employee topics out in the open, that's what office doors are for."
