"You live day by day by the BPH count. Forced to cut daily workforce mid way through operations in hopes that you had sufficient manpower to complete the job by the end of the night. All to keep your numbers low."

"Don't place a goal on your supervisors without supporting them when the associates line up against him becuase he pushes to hard to get the job done, the mission was down, the numbers exceed expectation and you reward by terminating him."

"Management is immature and unprofessional. They are allowed to retaliate and carry out personal vendettas on subordinates with no repercussion. Usually a subordinate making a great deal of money for the company that is honest. Really a sad group that make the entire Staples company look bad."

"Clean house in the Contract Division, get some professional management, keep hard-working, honest, successful people that make the company money. Stop the junior high club that exists."

"Limited opportunities for advancement. Retail pays less well than almost any Tech Field. this is a job to provide spending cash and cover groceries between more lucrative engagements."

"Listen more to employees. Top-down command and control management only makes sense if you are hiring fools."

"erratic scheduling,closing til 11pm hten back at 5 am, over night shift work, minimum 10 hour days, with no breaks for 8 hours at a time"

"walk three weeks in my shoes with same schedule, and 7 to 9 workdays straight, including close to open shifts, and no breaks at all, because opening manager leaves as soon as you come in to close, yeah thats fair!"
