"I dislike lies, made-up sweetness and politics, hiring new young associates so the company can save $$ on a pay, health benefits, and 401. There is no engagement between higher management and store team cutting off bonuses. To make the story short, ten years ago it was a good company, but not right now!"

"Go back to the fundamentals - people, treat them well, and keep up with the real expectations and not dreams. Have real goals - not fairy tale ones. Respect and try to keep core associates who invested their lives to Nordstrom."
