It's just a little harder when so many companies' leaders are women. Women have had such a hard time getting ahead in their careers, that they look at every woman as a competitor."

"I think some of the upper level management still don't connect with the sales force on the floor. They speak the inverted pyramid, but don't reach out enough to learn what the customer really needs."
