"What I most enjoyed about Nordstrom is the deep level of loyalty customers have. I enjoyed the customer service and sales expectations. My deepest level of satisfaction came while working with breast cancer patients, as we provided services within the lingerie department."

"My biggest word of advice for others interviewing is be ambitious and you will succeed in sales at Nordstrom! The possibilities are there if you want to get into management."
What don't you like about working at Nordstrom?
"What I disliked most about Nordstrom is that there is little movement into corporate. Also, as with retail, there was a lot of turnover within both employees and management, but it always seemed to work and continued to challenge me in training new hires."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion to Nordstrom management, coming from what I currently do within the media/training industry, is to provide more coaching/leadership training to department managers. Although, I was VERY happy with all the managers I worked for/with."
