"I worked at Nordstrom for a year and 4 months. In my time here, I've had the opportunity to build my skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution, whether it is with customers in store, over the phone, or with fellow employees. I have had the opportunity to work closely with my manager to lead the store in developing best practices for processing transactions (e.g. sales, troubleshooting transaction issues, resolving customer dissatisfaction, etc) and implementing new ones."

"If you are just out of college, this is the perfect opportunity, or if you are willing to relocate at the drop of a hat, then this is a great job."
