"As Nordstrom is retail, one had to work weekends and also late at night, as well as holidays. Also being in sales, it was commission only, so there was no set salary, as well as no set schedule."

"As I have not worked for Nordstrom since 2002, I am not sure what has changed or what hasn't, but each department works differently."
