"Be punctual, look sharp, provide your resume, and be prepared to answer a long list of standard interview questions."

What don't you like about working at Nordstrom?

"The hours can be awful. We recently had a big event in our department and had to work until 12:30 in the morning for set-up, and then back for a 14-hour shift starting at 7 the next day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less turnover would be great."

"I dislike inventory. (Luckily it is only twice a year. I'm not good at counting @ 2:00 a.m.)"
