"I like the people I worked with and how much trust was instilled in us as employees. Nordstrom is just such a good company to work for. They believe in true customer service and treating their employees with respect. Without happy employees, there are no happy customers."

"I would suggest more trust and freedom in the immediate staff and lower management when it comes to running the business, and no micromanaging."

"I was able to learn many new things in the warehousing industry, like shipping, receiving, pkms, wms, IT, security, and receptionist."

"This is a great place to work with great benefits. Job security is difficult if you do not have a degree."

"Unless you had a degree, there is no opportunity to make more money, and there is no job security."
