"The political wranglings necessary to succeed at the company are stressful. You are graded against peers who have nothing to do with your job by people who are unable to discern the value or difficulty of what you do. Morale is low and few seem to care."

"The products they produce don't align with my interests and I don't find it exciting to be here. The generation and type of people who work here are also very closed minded."

"I wish I didn't work alone. This is a very virtual environment and I would rather work face-to-face with everyone."

"Change the buildings from dreary to colorful. I would also make it more collaborative."

"Lockheed Martin has wonderful people and a wonderful work environment."

"Lockheed has its own language made up of government acronyms and product specific keywords. It is very difficult to talk to Lockheed until you learn their language."

"Although I loved working on military aircraft, dealing with the US Government is difficult and at times frustrating. Many of the tasks we were required to perform seemed pointless and wasteful. However, we performed them because they were required by the customer."

"Design and build products and take them to the government rather than going through the government procurement process. Try to eliminate the waste of government involvement in the product development."

"I have the chance to learn more and get to learn other jobs."
