"Great company, great place to work, for entry level positions you may be stuck in that role for a long time because they have a low turnover, no upward mobility."

What do you like about working at L-3?

"Just about everything, but my pay was low and it was hard to move up because across the board everyone loved working there."

"No, great place, but as always, ask a lot of questions."

"No upward mobility."
