"I really liked working with my team, both fellow cashiers and line managers. The front end supervisor was also good to work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be aware that all stores have cameras, so treat the store like it is being managed by GOD. I saw so many people loose their jobs and their freedom by thinking that no one sees them when they take chances and do dishonest things."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I absolutely hate having fluctuating hours and days!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You may find that if you give people their choice of REGULAR hours and days, the workers on the floor will probably be much happier and more productive."
