"I definitely don't like the straight commission. If they could offer a hourly package, then this job would be awesome."

"I would set up an hourly rate and commission. I only have to quit because I barely make enough for bills. If $300 extra a week was coming in, then I would have no reason to quit."

"I dislike the career advancement, and I have just a strong goal in myself to want more to achieve and set goals that are more than THD can give."

"Management could look at advancing their people more to have that growth there for them, to not only send them to classes but tell and promote the management to have a cheerful atmosphere to want to help those seeking more in their career field, for if they seek more and that is accomplished, then by them doing this, current management should see this as their stepping stone as well for promoting, and water that stone, so the plants can push them up and all can see this was accomplished by their knowledge being not hidden, but shared, and thus THD could expand and wala, there is more."
