"lack of direction in visual image, organization of assets, their logo is not easy to use, etc,.."

"More organized approach to my particular job, identify what it is they want and really nail it down, instead of only relying on me since I am new to company"

"The company focuses on each member becoming an expert in their area and hold specific training sessions. The bosses and co workers are great to work with."

"If you get the job, be prepared for extended hours without extra compensation. Make sure the determined salary and experience will be worth it."

"The extended hours I am expected to put in and I am not compensated for."

"Either make it clear that extended hours are part of the job at the interview or work on cutting down the need for those extended hours."

"Be prepared to negotiate your salary and any bonuses you would like with your contract."

"The commute was way too far for me and I was paid way under market value."

"I think overall management is good, but the base salaries that are offered to non-managerial positions is too low."

"The people there were very friendly and very welcoming. I was also able to polish my production skills there."

"Be prepared to work within the Photoshop format for everything designed for the website. Be prepared to do jobs outside of the normal Graphic Design spectrum."
What don't you like about working at Lexor?
"The design process was the reverse of the design process we were trained with at school. They want finished peices and then retro-revised the design making multiple changes instead of starting with concept thumbnails and sketches, going to working comps, and then moving to finalise the design."

"I have already made those in house to my supervisor before I left the company."

"The majority of employees had a high level of intelligence that I found to be quite energizing."

"The work flow fluctuates and inconsistent. Just worry about job security."

"Perhaps be a little more contructive in their organization and production."

"There is an easiness of working with a flexible schedule. There is also quite a lot of collaboration that goes on."

"There are great people working within the University and it's a mission to find them, but once you do, don't let them go."
What don't you like about working at Florida International University?
"Not everyone is very helpful and often times people are just too laid back. In my office, some things are backwards thinking. Parking and commuting is a HUGE hassle in the mornings."

"Offer some more benefits in the office place that other offices already implement; working from home, gas bonus."

"No matter how hard you work or stress, it really doesn't matter. There is a culture of just doing the bare minimum which you will quickly fall into. You are not rewarded for trying to strive to do more or to do better."

"Specifically my department: lack of communication, inefficient work processes, confusing and scatterbrained strategies."

"I would show my face around the office more, be more of a leader to those who work for her rather than cow tow to administrative people."
