"My boss was cool and once a while we get fun projects."

"Don't do it. If you really have to then be prepared to get laid-off anytime because the management really just don't care about you."

"Bad culture, no respect to the employees from the top management and therefore no respect to each other among the employees. Even though you get fun projects once a while but it always turn out ugly through the process within the company"

"Get some vision and don't always do cheap and crappy products in order to make a few quick bucks."

"It was a co-curricular class project, we were able to work with a client from the ground up, with all the documents and designing the website. I like it because it gave us real world experience in a class setting where it taught us how it goes in a company, and we could make mistakes without costing the client money."

"That it was only a year long course and it went by so fast."

"For her to split up the work more, so she didn't have so much to do, with others willing help on the coding."

"There is little communication with the upper level management team."

"If you want to advance in your career and develop your professional skills, then don't stay at Brandman for more than a couple of years."

"The leadership lacks vision and too much conflicting direction is given. There is a lack of personal accountability and incompetence is left unchallenged. Leaders lack the courage to face the tough issues and solve them. Several employees are overworked while others are permitted to coast and do very little while being compensated equally. The wrong behaviors are rewarded, such as not disagreeing, not voicing opposing viewpoints, not confronting issues, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire the CEO and a few other senior leaders, and then hire people who understand and possess great leadership skills, care about and listen to their employees, and know how to create and support a positive culture and how to inspire and motivate employees."

"The work. I was creating graphics that influenced consumer directly."

"Yes. One would need to freelance there for a few weeks to see the dynamics of the company and the employees."

"The commute. I would have liked to work either closer to where I lived or in Manhattan."

"Management should expose everyone to all aspects of the creative process. At one point it took a bit of subterfuge for me to attend a photoshoot."

"no complaints. The company is operated by one doctor who was a pleasure to work for."

"The work place is very friendly and lax. It encourages communications between departments and not only via phone."

"Get something in WRITING! Nothing verbal with hold weight and all too often this company will over look a great deal if there is no paper trail."
What don't you like about working at Splash! San Francisco?
"General work flow management becomes and issue. Also all to often a job will come in at 5:45pm that MUST be done by the end of the day... (6:00pm eis normal clock out) No benefit or addition compensation for working extra hours (over 40+ weekly) beyond normal base pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a person to focus on Quality control of work before being shipped out. Also project managers should have a REALISTIC time deadline to drop work. Designers should not have to suffer for other's tardiness."
