"Some of the work required to many revisions from the client that I felt jeopardized the design."

"No tips other than to be honest and hard working."

"The pay scale was low and the company was losing money and cutting hours so I didn't like that I was having to work less as a result"

"This was a wonderful place to work. I don't have any compliants other than I kept getting my hours cut."

"The company will hire the people in bulk when project is there, and if not they will send home without any prior notice.."

"Environment, salary, the routine work what I do and no creativity."

"Great coworkers to relate to personally, and the work itself was challenging and fun."

"Really make sure this job connects with your goals and your desired income before signing anything. Review medical coverage and eligibility, as well as overtime pay, before signing on."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Apparel Group?
"Minimal vacation time and lunch breaks. Was never paid overtime, and rewards for good work were few and far between. Dealt with bouts of verbal and sexual harassment from owner and boss."

"Management needs to create a more constructive workflow and a better training system for new employees."

"My coworkers were great due to their friendliness and easy ability to relate to."

"Really think about your goals and how much you'd like to be paid before you go into the interview."
What don't you like about working at Ed Hardy?
"Medical coverage eligibility was unclear, and there was no available retirement. Rewards for good work were few and far between, and the boss was very harassing in regards to work that he wasn't connecting with. Hardly any constructive criticism in order to improve work. No direction in regards to work flow and concept."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create an environment where designers feel creatively free, and remove the mass amounts of negativity!"

"The people I get to work with were great, and the importance of the work was rewarding."

"Be honest about the work you have done in the past."

"Being a defense contractor, job security was always up and down."

"Local management was great to work with and very honest."

"I really liked my co-workers. We worked very well together, under tight deadlines (often beyond deadlines because of client)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You have to have strong skin and be able to stand up for yourself. Have confidence in what you do and how you do it. Be prepared to work for salary and to be able to put in 45+ hours without bonus or incentives. Some nights of work when you have to stay late you could be there until midnight. Definitely somewhere you wouldn't want to be if you are family oriented."
What don't you like about working at Greg Welteroth Advertising?
"Uneven workflow distribution. Allowed clients to get away with too many revisions - when it was clear that the client had to direction to what they wanted to accomplish with their advertising."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Evaluate their production art department. It is unbalanced and allows workload to be piled on to two or three people while others talents are not being used to their fullest potential."
What do you like about working at Cargus International?
"The hours are flexible, the work varies and the commute is pretty short."

"It's an OK place to work. The people are pleasant enough and the pay per hour is better than working at the supermarket."

"The objectives change form day to day. I do not feel like part of a team. I am not sure if they like my work or if I am dispensable to them."

"Don't interview for this company, don't waste your time here."

"The boss it out of touch and clueless of how to run a business."

"Hire someone to run the company for him. He is running it into the ground."

"The work was rewarding in and of itself, creating software that assisted our freshman chemistry students understand the material better was extremely satisfying."

"You must be a self-starter, self-motivated and be able to get your work done well, with a minimum of supervision."

"Student workers don't get paid well and we were given some unreasonable time constraints for a few projects."

"I suggest they pay their technically qualified student workers more than minimum wage."

"This is the right job for you to utilizing your skills and growth in your life."

"Lack of consistency-one boss says do thisanother boss says do something elsethings plod along, then big fuss over petty stuff, then all is forgotten! A gigantic headache over nothing!"

"A weekly meeting use 10 minutes per meeting to have a topic about job motivation"
What do you like about working at The Sticker Place?
"I had one on one oppertunities to talk and deal with customers and give them exactly hat they are looking for. I had tailored everything to their desire, through graphic design. I always liked making that connection and watching them walk away satisfied in their purchase."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"That if you would liek to be more then the job offered, this isnt for you. That if you can learn anything and can deal with anything then best of luck. And I wish any one happiness in anything that they do regardless of the task at hand."
What don't you like about working at The Sticker Place?
"To be completely honest, my boss only came in about once every other month, he didnt know me very well and when he was around was very indecisive and his methods of managment were orthidox. But its how he wanted to run his business and I had to be ok with that. I just wish he was a little nicer and cared to learn more about his employees. Oh, and he paid under the table, so, he was pretty sneaky."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would most likely be a little more supportive and understanding, I would have had more times to come in and communicate with the different employees to catch up and really not forget what kind of people I had hired. And just make a relationship and always be professional, but make my employees feel at home."

What do you like about working at Khraze?
"I like a lot about this company. It is a great group of people with a great business plan. The hours are flexible and every team member is willing to help another whether or not it is their area of work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My only tip would be to have a second part time job as pay is not always a sure thing."
What don't you like about working at Khraze?
"Although I do enjoy the design work, it is not quite the challenge I am looking for. Since it is an upstart and they have yet to build up a solid core of clients, I can often go a week without work and therefor no pay"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. Management is great. I think they have a great plan in place and that one day their is potential for great success."
