"If you aren't a fan of professional wrestling/sports entertainment you won't even want to apply here."
What don't you like about working at Maximum Force Wrestling?
"I'm always under the gun on unnecessarily tight deadlines due to poor management, and I am always left onmy own as far as getting the proper resources for the jobs they want done. Very poor communication between management and photographers and total lack of communication between photographers and me despite repeated attempts. The pay is also far below average...when and if I do get paid at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A clear line of open communication needs to be established as well as direct communication with the company photographers. Also for them to defer to the designers on design related projects. Management needs to listen to the people who know what they are doing."

"I was treated as family and a true member of the team helping to drive marketing through powerful designs and allowed creative free reign on the website and all design projects"

"The only thing I don't like about working for ApeHangers Grill, LLC is that the company is now out of business due to legal red tape with the city of Oceanside, CA."

"The company is in transition after acquiring a competitor resulting is restructuring that is limiting opportunities for personal growth."

"There are hidden employee gems throughout the company that should be searched out and promoted. Lots a very talented people that deserve an opportunity to contribute and grow with the company."

"Management is clueless and disorganized. Unable to plan and organize, much less communicate or empathize with worker's work load or overtime hours."

"I don't really have any feedback or suggestions for management, as my interaction was very limited. The only thing that I would have preferred was increased frequency of conversations and discussions around project scope, timeline and budget."

"Nope. Through all the politics they have changed 3 CEOs so I am not sure what it's like now."

"Too much politics and rich people's games at the upper level"

"They are friendly to the employees but less politics would be great."
