"The company has went through several changes over the last 3 years, I feel that we have last track of the importance of taken care of our people along with taking care of our guests, We have also lost track of training and the importance of training correctly and effectively."

"Not to forget that we all go through tough times and we are all human, we must always respect one another and look out for one another even when it is hard to do. Not to forget where we came from."

"In a car dealership the hours became very stressful, I was working 6 days a week and sometimes 70 hours a week."
