"Invest in latest technologies that have an edge over the old ones."

"I like the people I work with. It is a fast paced and challenging environment every day."

"It is a small company that needs some time to grow up. Much development needed in the area of decision making, process review and IT capabilities. These areas will be addressed in time, but not in the near future. Ability to invest in the business is limited at this time."

"Family owned, very few established processes, lacking in technical abilities, limited future opportunities."

"Develop processes for all aspects of the business. Too much ambiguity in the decision making process. Too many decisions made in a vacuum without employee input."

"Honesty is important wherever you interview, and also being flexible."

"There is no growth potential at McDonald's, and I am at the point of my career where growth is important."

"Time management is everything. You need to be able to balance what's important in life, such as family. Working hard is very important especially in your career path, but don't forget the other important things."

"I like almost everything, there could be a few things to improve, but them are not vital"

"I honestly cannot think of anything I liked about working for Braums."

"Run!! I have years of experience working in the restaurant business and this has been the worst!"
What don't you like about working at Braum's?
"Every Braum's restaurant is completely controlled by the home office in Oklahoma, right down to the thermostats. There is no comp food for any employee - only a 15% discount. Purchases are deducted from paychecks. There is no respect for employees and there seems to be an aversion to employing anyone over the age of 40."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rellinquish some control to your managers. Be more generous and you will attract a higher quality of employee. Also, clean up your stores. They are filthy!"

"Growing the company and building a team of the best people in Hawaii. We became the largest company of it;s type in the state after 2 years. From 4th to 1st"

"The owner was an trying to many ideas at once and took our focus from making money and growth."

"How large the company became and how slow it was to make change."

"More local input increase speed of change, more input to local market"

"the growth potential when I started, and the constant learning opportunities. I started as a part time manager and ended up running the show in ten years time"

"The fit of employee to employer is hard for me to gage, I have always been employed so interviewing is something I have very little experience in. I have always been hired away or had known my employer long before the opportunity to work together came up."
What don't you like about working at Motorscope?
"I worked in a capital constricted operation, focus on ownership rewards trumped growth opportunities, the line worker compensations program also created greater turnover then was productive, the upside of that was that I became a great trainer and was forced to build the staff that would meet my needs even though I would lose them to others with higher compensation plans"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When I left and opened my own operations I was again capital constricted as I grew my business with cash flow verses investors I would recommend the company look more closely as unit profitability and the productive value of staff and work harder to professionalize the working environment"

"That it was moved to Arizona due to cost and expenses."

"To continue to allow creativity to grow as that is how we were able to grow."

"I like being number 1 and hitting my goal as I did most of the time."

"Be ready to work long hours and stressful times. Lots of money to be made if you can cut it."

"Nothing really I did it so long I overcame any dislikes."

"I like to sit down with my people and train them one on one and see what's really going on in my stores. If this happened in all the districts the company would be better than it is."
