"I have enjoyed the overall experience working with my team at TitleMax. The pay is good, but the environment can get a little rough at times. I would not recommend this company to a friend for a long term career. The average turnover company wide, is around 70% per year. That's huge and speaks volumes about the company. It is a shame because all the people I work with have been great."
