"The people at the store sales reps and the customers."

"Unless your friends with someone, your not going anywhere...And get ready for some ups and downs. The company is not consistent with anything!!"
What don't you like about working at Teavana?
"They really don't care about support for their managers. If you are doing good they leave alone and I mean really alone. If you are having a hard time, they micro manage the crap out of you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not put as much pressure on the manager and staff, product is that good it will sell it self. Stop playing favorites."

"Be open to learn and get crossed trained. Don't be shy."

"Lack of help from my regional, I was very understaffed and was overworking my staff too much."

"Listen to of your partners and be genuine about their need, ideas & concerns."

"That I have gone as far as I can go with this company and there is no chance for more advancement."

"I would like the company to expand our product base more and be more open to newer technology."

"As a GM less than a year, I can excel in customer service and team building, while still learning."
What do you like about working at Burger King?
"It is a visible position with a chance to meet many people. I like having the opportunity to mentor many young workers."

"It is a new franchisee that I've yet to find out enough info about, but it seems to have a handle on restaurant operations. Be prepared to work long hours and be available when you're off work."
What don't you like about working at Burger King?
"I dislike not getting 2 days off in a row, and medical benefits just went up 400%."

"Continue improving communication and training for employees and managers, and pay merit raises to employees."

"I really feel comfortable working here. I spent 12hs a day there and that is very important to me."

"I reached the max I could there, next step is to become the owner of the company, because I just work like I own it."

"well in this case, I am the team leader, besides the manager, so I am there guiding everybody and working as hard as everybody, being the example."

"Watching my sales go up at each and every store I got to work at."

"Doing the over night inventories and hanging new release posters on a windy day."

"I love parties and Party America was one of the most enjoyable jobs I had."

"I enjoyed each and every customer and helping them choose the right products to put together a perfect party or wedding."

"No, there are no tips for anyone as the company is no longer in existance."
What don't you like about working at Party America?
"I did not like the fact that the owner closed his doors forever."

"As the store closed amd there were no more Party Americas, there will be no suggestions."

"every thing was under my controle plus I love that business"

"you have to be expert and love what to do"

"I enjoying running a business and managing people as well as delegating jobs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be very energetic and outgoing. They only want young and energetic people to run their stores."
What don't you like about working at Panda Express?
"The upper management treats their GM's as if they are hourly employees. They expect you to give your life to this job and even when you do give most of your time its just not enough. Getting days off is also a pain even with the proper notice. You also lose your bonus after getting written up once, it could be a forgotten signature on a sheet of paper. They have not vacation days, sick days. They only have PTO. They give great insurance but no time to use it unless you want to use PTO."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would allow my General Managers the freedom to run their stores the way they would see fit. I would be able to monitor them by their results on the P & L, the cleanliness of the store and through secret shoppers. I would not have them be stuck in a prison AKA their store."

"the Health benefits of knowledge I gained working in the Natural Food Industry"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not share your thoughts with the share holders if they ask how you would change to better the sales. One share holder has shown to be very shortminded but then afterwords welcomed that advice after my departure to better the awareness of the store."
What don't you like about working at Nutrition S'Mart?
"Company dominated by the major investor who was out of touch with the US market!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"well since my departure and my knowledge of the implementation of a true advertising campaign that I requested from day one, only that they survey an area better before opening any new stores for traffik flow and ease of accessability."

"Lately promotions have been not on merrit. I beleive that promotions should be given based on performance and how well you manage your team"

What do you like about working at Retro Fitness?
"There is nothing more amazing than helping remotivate a person who gave up on their health and life. The reward of watching people reach get a step closer to their dream goals each month was and still is heart warming. the amont of loyalty you recieve form those you help is amazing. when it cme to marketing the company members would go well out of their way to help the business grow even further. when I saw meber handing out flyers, and bringing in family or coworkers just to meet and work on the programs that I put into place, really motivated me to work harder for them each day. This field of work thought me how to be people strong and yet still people humble. I learned from the eldest to the youngest member each day a new lesson or abetter way to self develop as a person and as a manager."

"Make sure I have energy, drive, understanding and desire. Keep an open mind show my willingness to learn."

"The company was to family based. Forthe proper growth you needed to be part of the family."
