"Promotion and career advancements are slow, high layoff rates every couple of years."

"Many of the people working there are nice hard working. They like non assertive people who are scared of their own shadows."

"It's a hopeless case. They will agree with what you say in the interview and then say you lied to them. They are experts in dishonesty. To them cheating is a science."

What don't you like about working at General Dynamics?

"Managers who had not gone to college telling people to supply political wrong answers to weapon or defense systems. When I worked there they had a make believe company between them and the health insurance company that would deny benefits that even the health insurance company would OK. In my case it was my college-aged daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. Basically this company stole $3,000 from me and my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I was CEO I would do a massive house cleaning. I would listen carefully to the employees with courage enough to talk. I would fire all the non college educated who you know or brother/sister in-law types who are many of the current managers."
