"Overall good experience working for GDIT for the last 9 years and would work for them again if positions were available for my career field in the Ft Lauderdale area. GDIT has comparable compensation packages and provides access to free training and education on their corporate web site that they encourage all employees to use."

What don't you like about working at General Dynamics?

"At that time of being employed with General Dynamics, there was a great deal of turmoil over how they treated their people. Especially first line supervision. Engineering and quality issues, and the daily production levels were a major undertaking and caused bottle necks in the system making it very difficult to achieve some of the company goals. We did the best with less!"
