"What I did not like about GEICO were the hours, and not being able to build a relationship with my customer since it was a call center."

"A few of the managers were terrible. Upper management had their heads in the clouds, compensation wasn't the best, and GEICO had little appreciation for employees who worked hard."

"Take some management classes - and actually LISTEN. Fire some of the managers - I'd be happy to supply some names to start with."

"Although I excelled in the fast-paced call center environment, I definitely enjoy working face-to-face with customers."
