"I liked working there as a management trainee, but I feel like I can do more. There was opportunity for advancement, but it takes a while and your salary is set. The people in the Branch were amazing, the corporate structure was a little bit eccentric at times."

"Make sure that you are ambitious, they want people to sell for them. However you do begin to level off."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"I did not like that I had a set salary and the largest bonus I could get was $300/month. The corporate also imposed rules and regulations that did not apply to many areas."

"I would not give my direct managers any suggestions, they did a great job."
