"I liked working at Baker Landscape for the first five months. Then they let go of the controller and everything went down hill from there. There was no respect between the customer service manager and the accounting personal. Everyday there was disagreements and it just became to much for such a little office with 5 people. The owner never really cared how we were getting treated never apologized for the customer service / his assistant. She absolutely had no respect for others and made people feel that they were not smart enough. The HR administrator never stepped in or take action to fix things she also was unprofessional and not attentive to her position."
