"You meet a lot of people, and for the most part the customers are extremely nice, compassionate, fun and interesting. Of course there's other times they can be just the opposite. I can handle most types of people, except the petty complainers and those suffering from entitlement issues."

"In my position I handle every return that is requested and processed for our customers. Because of this, my days seem to go by very fast because there is always something to do. I interact with many areas of the business on a daily basis- customers, sales reps, customer service department, our warehouse. My managers both trust that I make the best decisions for both our customers and our company, and that I can be counted on to initiate our returns in timely fashion."

What do you like about working at OtterBox?

"Not a whole lot, broken systems and management that are robots. Nothing gets improved even though it's a chicken with their heads cut off organization."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it, dead end job even for experienced people. Company depends entirely on cell phone sales and doesn't have a back-up plan. Unless a short term job I don't see much longevity here. Radically high turnover and dissatisfaction rate amongst employees."

What don't you like about working at OtterBox?

"Broken systems, poor management from top to bottom, major lack of experience and know-how. Company is run by children it seems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is pointless, but drives the point that I would need to put an improvement here on a random website instead of internally to be heard."

What do you like about working at Things Remembered?

"Opportunity, I guess. And you're taking something nice and making it a memory that lasts forever. I enjoyed watching people smile and sometimes cry when they saw what their finished product looked like."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont work in Cherry Hill mall location, you will be miserable."

What don't you like about working at Things Remembered?

"Everything. The manager had an ax to grind with anyone she disliked. She was a vicious, hard headed woman and no one should ever be under her. In fact, there is an assistant managers position open at her store ..AGAIN!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Chill the frig out. Dont make your employees ask to use the restroom, they are not children. And you can take your power trips and shove them."

"This place wears you down fast, so don't stay too long, it'll make you bitter."

What do you like about working at Hertz?

"I like that they are pretty flexible with your schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared. If you really like sales and making bonus checks this is the job for you. If you're looking for higher overall pay and movement opportunities, look elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Hertz?

"They say customer service is one of their main focuses, but that is an outright lie. Their bottom line is the main focus. If a branch is not hitting a certain utilization, they will pull all the cars out of your fleet, which leaves you with very understandable upset customers who are now late because they have no car. I've worked for Hertz for two years, and the past year alone I have had to tell people we're waiting on cars or out of cars for 4 straight months. The whole time I've been reminded that my sales are low and utterly unacceptable, though I am the top performer at the location. Their philosophy neither the customer or employee is right. Money is right."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wish management empowered people more. At the smaller location I worked at, it was much more laid back and a much more profitable location. We were having fun and making customers happy. We kept them coming back. At the current location, I can't write in black ink without having to get that decision approved. Everything has to be run up the chain and back down the chain. It's a hassle to have to call every manager over me to approve printing off a $25 coupon for someone who had a bad experience. (Hertz doesn't allow employees to give money back to customers) I feel like if I don't contact that chain of command though, I'll be questioned relentlessly about it by all 4 managers that I have right now. Come on guys, we're all adults, let us do our jobs."

"The favoritism, the assumed seniority and privileges, and attitude. Falling from grace means closing shifts, a lot. Lots of side work. Lack of fluent communication between BoH and FoH."

"Do what you love and love what you do. Feel it, show it, embrace it."

"The gym, that's the only thing I liked there, sadly."

"Great company, very bad (newer) management, especially the CEO, he has been firing everybody, especially from departments that are not making enough profit. Please note that this is supposed to be a NON-Profit organization."

What don't you like about working at Council on International Educational Exchange?

"Racism, they treat you like an outsider, don't feel safe talking to people about personal stuff at all. And never tell anybody anything negative about your work, even if it seems to you like an innocent complaint or a comment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit ! Immediately! Nobody likes them anyway and everyone talks behind their backs."

"Don't do it. Its not worth all the drama and BS. They'll never pay you what you deserve."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to stop being slavedrivers. Listen to your employees an their suggestions. Don't be so anal retentive (sticky notes aren't meant to be reused) you may be winning the battle but your losing the war. Stop criticizing us behind our backs and to other employees. Pay the 50 yr old (kids) to stay home. They never come to work anyways."

"In the beginning - my co-workers and manager, morale was kept high with good benefits and decent pay."

"Brown-nosing and suck-ups seem to get far in this company."

What don't you like about working at First Data?

"However, after the company was bought out by KKR it jumped the shark; morale took a nose dive and it was no longer a positive working environment. We no longer had company picnics or company-related events."

"Analyze why some departments seem to be so toxic that the turnover rate is extremely high."

"I love having the authority and resources available to me to resolve a customer's issue."

"You will have to smile big, bubble with enthusiasm ( even when 100% false) and keep your opinions to yourself unless you are praising Macy's to fit into their world. The questions will be all about your experience with people, so be prepared to show some passion for helping others."

What don't you like about working at Macy's?

"I don't like the hiring practices. As it stands, for various reasons, you may or may not be able to reach an agent that is willing or capable of trying to help."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest you steer away from the rah rah Macy's a bit and focus more on delivering on our claim to care about our customers. They are telling you what they want, google it... now you just have to listen."

"There isn't really anything to dislike about working at Balboa Capital. Maybe we could get bigger offices so we aren't so cramped. But that is the goal in 2013 from what we've been told."

"This was in in my answer above: I would suggest that we quickly get new office space because we have already outgrown our current headquarters."

"Dirty restrooms. No TP. Rude supervisors. Owner is rude and inconsiderate. Dont try to have a family. They wont care if your needed by your children"
