"People are helpful. The bank is small enough that you can get a full understanding of how it works, yet large enough that it is doing everything including Basel II."

"Don't use caned resumes. The team studies them and if they feel like you are faking it on the resume they will zero in on that area"

What don't you like about working at Citizens Bank?

"Lots of thrashing without a clear plan. The team is very focused on owning their own space that they don't want to share info."

"Avoid micromanaging, You are missing the big picture which in the end makes the work harder."

"That I have the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge about another industry."

"Be patient. You are working with the public as well as individuals who think and do things in a different manor that you may not be use too. Enjoy learning about the products the company has to offer, you will be able to use the knowledge you have to help customers get the best product they need."

"I do not like the fact that I have no room for growth within the company. I work with a small bank that is located in the southern central areas of Mississippi."

"As manager, you do a great job at your work and what you have coming in daily through your office. You have a great staff that would be willing to help you, take the help!"

"The management is directionless, and worthless rejects from Fidelity that hire their worthless know nothing friends from Fidelity."

"Replace all of the Fidelity management with people who have a vision, know how to manage and can direct things."

"Was a troubled bank when I was hired. Too bad we turned it around and it sold."
