"I do not like the fact that I have no room for growth within the company. I work with a small bank that is located in the southern central areas of Mississippi."

"As manager, you do a great job at your work and what you have coming in daily through your office. You have a great staff that would be willing to help you, take the help!"

"My deparment has little room for growth. Job duties are not challanging. Some personalities are hard to get along with. Manager can do a better job managing"
