"The fact that they hired someone that had extensive sales experience but really wasnt ready for change. Still service oriented."

"When you hire experience, don't allow banker that have been there for years, to push the fresh blood out. Because the fresh blood has the new ideas that will allow the bank to reach there goals."

"The employees and the customers. All were great people."
