"I've worked with Cigna Healthcare Since 2012."
"I worked for Cigna for 7 years as a senior software developer. I have been exposed to most Microsoft technologies."
"I have worked with Cigna since January 2000. It is a strong company with great ethics and customer focus. I am fortunate to work with a great team with strong leadership. Cigna has more than 5000 employees located around the world."
"Great job with great pay."
"Great company with plenty of opportunities and great benefits."
"Been with the company almost four years. I've been fortunate enough to have great managers and promoted to resource planning. Overall a great company to work for. Convenience to work from home and efficient trainings and great opportunities to grow."
"Management is very poor. The company in Houston was originally called Gulf Quest which was a Mom & Pop type of business. They became Health Spring and merged with Cigna. The management was not prepared to transition into the corporate mentality. They required us to hang signs on our cubicles when going to the restroom and constantly badgered us about productivity instead of member satisfaction. I was never reprimanded for low productivity but morale was low. Managers were very inexperienced."
"I've had the opportunity to work with Cigna since 2011. This experience has allowed me to grow and mature in a client and consumer services perspective. There are many sites within the US and have expanded across the globe, Europe and Asia specifically."
"I believe Cigna hired a wave of new employees in the Fall of 2011 to collect on the governor's job creation kickbacks. Once they had collected on this, they pink slipped roughly the exact number of employees initially hired 18 months later. After computing salaries and severance packages, Cigna profited MILLIONS. I believes this was intentional fraud of the state of CT and would not recommend Cigna to anyone."
"I enjoyed working there."
"Work culture is good and management is supportive."
"I have worked at Cigna for 1 year and while the work and coworkers are great, the culture does not allow moving up and expanding quite easily."
"This company will treat you great at the beginning, and will eventually place more and more work on your plate until its just too much. They will then start to treat you poorly and also do not give you the proper tools to complete your job."
