"I have worked at Cigna and its strong company with a very good work culture"
"I have been with Cigna for 5 years now and love working at this place because they are flexible which helps me get my work done easily."
"I've worked for Cigna for 4 1/2 years. The people and culture are great! You are expected to treat each other respectfully. Generally very supportive environment, with opportunities to move into other career paths if you demonstrate the capability. Flexible and work life balance not to mention most employees have the option to work from home."
"The company was a well-rounded environment."

"Great organization and a place to learn snd grow your career."
"Cigna is a health care based company with a division for IT and tech to improve people's lives through health care."
"I've worked for Cigna's Short Term Disability department since 2017. The training isn't that great but once you get on the job you learn a lot. The job starts off great but keeps getting worse. Every team has its own rules, you get in trouble if you don't know your new team's rules and everyone tells you different ways of doing things. This is a good job to start out at, but not one you could grow with."
"While Cigna invests heavily in their data science teams, the majority of the work comes from top-down directives and the current reporting structure (as of Feb 2020) insulates leadership from understanding potential bottom-up solutions. If you work well being micromanaged, Cigna is the place for you."
"everything is very good. very interested"
"Great company to work for but if you are stuck with a co-worker who does nothing be prepared to pick up the slack. Apparently they don't fire people who sabotage projects so they can have something to do later."
"Great opportunity for hard working employees. Negative environment discourage teamwork."
"Good company to work with"
"Been with the company for almost 5 years Cigna strongly promotes growth from within, yet they make it hard to more vertically. Very common to move horizontal and a lack of leadership due to turnovers and constant growth. Great benefits and PTO and a good company for work life balance."
